Sharon is a Sustainable Life and Business Growth Strategist, and founder of Purposefully Ambitious, the parent company of Dydal Edge Solutions and Calmfidence Legacy.
She came into entrepreneurship to right the wrong of walking away from her father's businesses, and discovered along the way that most entrepreneurs aren't struggling because they aren't working hard enough. They're struggling because the foundation of their visibility was never properly built, and every strategy layered on top of that missing foundation delivers just enough to keep them going, never enough to change the trajectory. She built the REAPS Method, and this program, on the same belief her own business is run on: growth that costs you your peace isn't growth. It's a more exhausting version of standing still.
Why hustle never worked for her, either
